Spanish term

calificación de las partes

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law (general) Arbitration
The context is a "request for clarification, correction and supplementation" of a final award in arbitration. I could obviously go for something literal like "qualification/classification of the parties" but I am trying to work out what they really mean here... is there a correct way of expressing this?

My second question is related, and refers to the "posiciones", but I will post in another question.

Any suggestions much appreciated.

Thanks in advance.
