Cannot return Trados 2007 licence because old hard drive destroyed

My desktop computer has had a fatal crash and I have had to buy a new laptop. I would like to install Trados 2007, which I previously purchased, onto my new computer but I understand that I need to send back the current activation.

Obviously I can't do this as my old computer is broken and the .lic file is in the old computer. Do any of you know a way around this?

I tried contacting Trados directly but this was no use.

Use the solution finder like this;

Then go the the tab called Solution Finder and now go here;

Licensing Problems
- My software runs in demo mode only, or Activation/Licensing does not work.
- - Activation Code
- - - I cannot return my activation code.
- - - - I get an error message when I click on Return License.

This will bring up a form that you can fill in to generate a support request and you will be contacted, normally within a day.
