When entering the items of business in the electronic register, they are also classified in accordance with a classification system. A manual of terms classed with the different classification numbers is available. Additionally, keywords are used to describe an item of business; they are taken from its title. It is important to point out that the retrieval function is based on the titles of the documents only. There is no full-text search available, which is due to the fact that the system used by the Records and Distribution Office is an electronic register but not a records management system that would include the full-text documents.
