This term appears in an Employer-Contractor contract and I would appreciate any help with translating it into English. Here it is in context:

MONTANT DU CONTRAT

6.3 Tous les tarifs, prix et autres montants mentionnés dans le présent Contrat sont considérés comme toutes taxes comprises à l’exception de la TVA (Taxe sur la Valeur Ajoutée) pour laquelle le Maître de l’Ouvrage est exempté, l’IBS et la taxe applicable à la domiciliation des montants payables en devise.
