Any Czech speakers around ...to translate it back into Czech and then properly into English? Otherwise I fear you're going to have to carry on guessing! This has been translated for a certain well-known flat-renting website, either automatically or by a person with nothing more than a pocket dictionary and no knowledge of English.

oui et non (le vrai texte de base n'étant pas en anglais, en fait en étudiant le site on glane quelques infos; après quoi si le client est le propriétaire, il est facile de l'interroger et sinon...).
