English term
appeal is disposed of if it is determined or abandoned
English to Polish
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
articles of association
Mam następujący fragment w umowie spółki z Hongkongu:
"An appeal is disposed of if it is determined, and the period for bringing any further appeal has ended; or it is abandoned or otherwise ceases to have effect."

: In boxing this is called a one-two punch: an apposite reference and the right anwer, that is a knock-out.
