Among the headings of the "findings" column, one of the elements listed is "DGAT (PE)", then "DGAT - Action Cenexi", then "DGAT - Alerte Cenexi" - opposite these there is a "normes" column, and opposite "DGAT (PE)", there is "Max 10 UFC/100ml" - so I suppose it refers to a level of a substance...
