"XX ha adaptat el seu funcionament als principis de la direcció per valors, una nova proposta de direcció d’empreses de caràcter humanista i integrador."

This word is ambiguous for me here. My feeling is that the best term here is "inclusive" (ie it involves people). But it may be that it is "intergrated" as in all-encompassing, all parts working together...

What do others think, please?

It was a code of ethics for a bank.
In the end, based on what I read further in the text, I was happy with "inclusive".

i.e. "...with a more humane, participative approach to management / management style / management philosophy."

This is a guess based on the available context. You could also say "in which the concerns of all parties/staffmembers/employees are taken into account", for example, rather than limiting yourself to one word.
