question on a hospital form
From a patient hospitalization form in Barcelona. One question was, "Desti a l'alta" and the answer was "alta voluntaria"
I understand that "alta voluntaria" is something like voluntary discharge, but "Desti a l'alta" has me stumped. Can you help me? Thanks.

I think this can only be referring to the place where the person is going when they're discharged (home, another medical facility, etc). That seems like a logical thing to include on a discharge form.
On this form, they use "discharge status":
