The danish term ISSEPUNKT means the highest point of a arch on the extrados side. The english term for the highest point of the arch of the intrados side is " crown" , but please tell me the name of the highest point on the extrados side.
In the new danish architecture lexicon by Jens Fleischer "Arkitektur leksikon "(2007) the term issepunkt is wrongly translated to english by " extrados", but correct to german by " Scheitelpunkt."

The highest point of the extrados arch is called the crown. All dictionary searches will show you that "crown" specifies the highes point. Your question asks for the name of the highest exdtrados point. Illustrated Building Dictionary, Webster, and all other dictionaries defines the highest point as the extrados crown.
