Danish term
Aktivoverdragelseaftale
Danish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
I am revising an "Aktivoverdragelseaftale" where the translator has translated as "Share Transfer Agreement" - yet then bangs on about the transfer of assets (which is what aktiver are). Surely it should therefore be an "Asset Transfer Agreement" - or is there some intricate reason why it might be the former?

Sale and Transfer of Assets and Liabiliites
Looks like it is a "Sale and Transfer of Assets and Liabiliites"
At least that is what it sounds like to me, from the information provided.
