Sv. t. blæren findes stort tumorområde.

The text is about urology testing for cancer. The abbreviation 'sv. t.' might mean 'svarende til', but it does not seem to fit the context well. Also why 'tumoromrade' instead of simply 'tumor'?

There is a large tumor area corresponding to the bladder
my suggestion - I believe the transcriptionist omitted some of the physician's dictation and that it should read "svarende til blæren findes et stort tumor område." If the tumor has spread, then there is a tumor area. You could also write "there is a large area of tumor corresponding to the bladder".
