It appears several times in the text:

"p-value for Response Rate from the Cochran Mantel-Haenszel chi-square test adjusted for the stratification factors."

I know that a stratified sample is

عينة شرائحية or عينة طبقية

So is it fine to translate stratification factors as

عوامل التشريح or عوامل التطبيق?

I can't find these terms anywhere and I would like to know your opinion.
