Je pense qu'il s'agit de personnes de l'équipe des costumes qui sont censées faire paraître les vêtements usés (il s'agit d'un film catastrophe) :

vieillisseur n'existe pas dans mes quelques dico. de langue française, néologisme semble-t-il donc, compréhensible mais néologisme. Par contre en cherchant sur le net on trouve que c'est le travail du costumier de vieillir...
