Ну вот, все и прояснилось. Действительно тягач. Причем еще и текст, похоже, писал не носитель английского языка - слово aircraft не приобретает конечного s во множественном числе, а advise - это глагол, в отличие от существительного advice.

Еще контекст: MOTOTOK clamps the nose wheel between two sliding tables – one at the inner side (1) of the nose wheel reception on which the paddles are mounted and one on the opposite side (2) on which the door is mounted.
With the „Tire Size“ rocker switch on the panel (3) the position of sliding table (2) is -adjustable subject to the nose wheel diameter.
When loading the nose gear sliding table 1 clamps the nose wheel against the door at sliding table 2 hydraulically. At a specified pressure, sliding table 1 stops.

А самолет ли это? Судя по этому небольшому фрагменту текста, речь идет не о самолете, а об аэродромном тягаче для буксировки самолетов. Было бы неплохо получить побольше текста и/или расшифровку названия "ХХХ".
