English to Russian Tech/Engineering Petroleum Eng/Sci

Charterer is authorized by Owner to negotiate with pilotage and tug assistance service providers on behalf of Owner, if requested by Charterer, the entering into service contracts between Owner and such service providers on the usual terms and conditions for such services then prevailing at the ports or places where such services are engaged, including provisions there prevailing, if any, making pilots, tug captains, or other personnel of any tug the borrowed servants of Owner.
