English to Swedish Medical Medical: Instruments X-ray equipment

It's one part of an X-ray unit or X-ray system.

It appears that the ceiling suspension unit is able to move along longitudinal and transversal axes through a system of rails fixed to the ceiling. My impression, however, is that this rail system itself is not considered part of the ceiling suspension unit proper.
