: I will agree with you. That's exactly how I read it, too. I just didn't want to repeat the word "resolution" because it's in the first half of the sentence (résoudre). Have a great evening.

Seriously, "level disparities" reads better to me, but "disparity of levels" is possible, I suppose.
I just wanted to tell you about "resolution" because sometimes askers don't read the answerer's whole answer (what a mouthful!)
