I think alcool is used to refer to Parfums (as opposed to Eaux de Toilette)

I'm not familiar with this usage of "alcool" but imagine it encompasses both perfumes and eaux de toilette, and any other alcohol-based scents, if there are any, as well as things like alcohol-based aftershaves and deodorants.
Maybe you'd need to break it down differently, more specifically, with "men's and women's scents and perfumes, deodorants and aftershaves". In this day and age, however, it should be possible to dispense with "men's and women's" and let people read between the words (all bar aftershave - and even then! - can be used by both men and women).
