Se invece "clôturer" sta per "bloccare", allora userei anch'io "sbloccare" per rendere "dé-clôturer"

avevo separato i termini, intendevo ovviamente "riaprire" \ "riavviare" :)
Se "clôturer" è reso con "chiudere", allora per "dé-clôturer" userei "riaprire" o "riavviare" in base al contesto.
