Hallo, es handelt sich um einen Telefonleitfaden für eine Nachfassaktion (Callcenter). Darin sind "Kaufadressen, also so genannte kalte Adressen" erwähnt.
Kennt jemand den äquivalenten englischen Begriff?

dead leads will be among them. but the great mass of them will be cold leads, if it is a list of addresses that someone has just bought. as opposed to hot leads (people who have shown a previous interest in a product or service)

unreal, fictitious addresses

thinking of a "kalte Bächerei", which is one where they do not actually bake bread, just sell. Like many "would-be" companies in internet, etc.
