I think this must mean "copywrite", though it's usually just "texten". I wonder if it means "the copywriting is finished"? For example, this is from a job ad for a copywriter:
das ist eine schwierige position, denn auch unser chef liebt selbst das texten. wir müssen aber zu oft warten, bis er sich ausgetextet hat. bitte überzeugen sie ihn davon, dass sie besser sind als er.
