"XXX, Einsteigermodell für Anspruchsvolle"
It might be possible to write "the XXX model for demanding first-time users" but I think demanding sounds a bit negative here. As it's an advertising text, I'm looking for another word for "Anspruchsvolle" with a more positive nuance.

1) demanding is in fact the best translation after yours, which was right (I don't know why you're asking ??)
2) it's an advertising: may be you have a right on a play on words
3) it's better than "absolut beginner, absolute particular", which has an advantage (it refers directly to the film "absolute beginners")but a drawback: particular has 2 meanings here, 1)special 2)particular

I think the pun in the German is missed out in most of the suggestions. Anspruchsvoll and ansprechen = not just 'to appeal' but also 'to speak to', since it's about hands-free phones.
So I think that this is a possible solution to that pun. Articulate customers are customers are not afraid to say what they want (demanding, but not with the negative connotations) but also customers who are 'speaking clearly' .. to the hands-free phone! =)
