In einer Transferpresse werden alle Arbeitsschritte an einem Teil ausgeführt, das im ersten Arbeitsschritt direkt vom Band abgeschnitten wird oder bereits abgeschnitten in die Presse gelangt. Danach werden alle Arbeitsschritte simultan durchgeführt und man benötigt eine Transportvorrichtung, um jede erhaltene Form von einem Arbeitsschritt zum anderen zu fördern.
I have particular problems with the logic of the second sentence here. It seems to be contradictory in terms, to say that every stage of the process is performed simultaneously, but then to say "um jede erhaltene Form von einem Arbeitsschritt zum anderen zu fördern". Proposed (rather literal) translation:
In a transfer press every stage of the process is performed on a part in the first stage, immediately after it has been cut off the strip, or it is delivered/supplied to the press after having been cut. Then, every stage of the process is performed simultaneously and a transportation device is required to convey each form of a stage in the process to another.

This is a transfer press process. The press slide closes in a single motion and so all stamping dies work the panels simultaniously.
My proposal:
"a transportation device is required to convey each panel shape from one stage in the process to another."
this is referring to the gripper rail tooling which is matched to each process stage for each stamped panel.

I was first thinking of "material stock" or "feedstock" but I am not sure how to fit this in.

It should read something like: ... every operation is performed on a workpiece which is either cut from coil in a first (blanking) operation, or fed into the press as a cut blank.
