Nette Idee, das "Miteinander" mit einer Beziehungsmatrix zu relativieren.
I would assume that this means:
Nice idea, putting the "working together" into perpective using a relations-matrix.
Any other suggestions?
I can't say anymore about the correspondence.

collectively - jointly
Good idea, to collectively (jointly) add perspective, by means of a relations matrix.

fellowship/unity
I also see this as an ironic comment.
to reduce fellowship/unity to a relationship matrix
or even closeness/togetherness, it really depends on the further context.

Discussion
Now I just have to figure out how to answer my own question!
(die Bedeutung von etwas abschwächen, indem man es zu einer anderen Sache in Beziehung setzt)
Seriously, though, I'm pretty well certain that "relativieren" may also be understood as putting something into perspective.
And I also think that it should be a "relationship-matrix". (Oodles of ghits on that.

I think the comment is ironic: Nice idea to reduce teamwork to a mere social matrix (but not really nice)
