shaved

we use shaved with Parmesan to make the distinction to grated or shredded - may be this works with mushrooms too

neutral Derek Gill Franßen : It works well with parmesan, but with mushrooms? I'm not saying that it's wrong and maybe it's just me, but that brings some weird pictures to mind. Would you like some "shaved mushrooms"? Mmmmmmmn't. ;-)
