German term
Tiroler Oberland
German to English
Marketing
Geography
Hi,
Example:
"XYZ" ist ein Unternehmen im Tiroler Oberland, das sich zur Aufgabe gemacht hat, Produkte zu entwickeln und herzustellen, die der Wellness und Vitalisierung dienen, therapeutischen Nutzen haben, im Sinne ganzheitlicher Wirkung die Lebensqualität steigern und positiv auf Körper, Geist und Seele wirken.
I have translated "im Tiroler Oberland" as "in the Tyrolean Oberland". However, I am not sure if that is indeed the correct translation of this term.
Thank you for your time.

Selected
(north-)western Tyrol
Saying "Oberland" will be meaningless to most people, so I'd use a more practical term.
This is about marketing, not geography. Right?

In fact, the more common spelling would be "Tirol".

Tirolean/Tyrolean Oberland
Yes, I would stick with your original idea. It receives many more google hits than either "Upper Tyrol" or "Upper Tirol". However, "Tirolean Oberland" is used twice as often as "Tyrolean Oberland".

Tirolean Uplands
your hear this very often with regards to geography
Example sentence:
of the five main Tirolean regions: Außerfern, the uplands, the lowlands, Innsbruck and its surroundings, and East Tirol.

: Your link doesn't seem to work. CL5 is too high, nöh? And there's a reason why "Tirolean Uplands" gets zero Google hits ...
