German term

(Beilage./V; ZV "John Smith", AS 300).

German to English Law/Patents Law (general) Legal Abbreviation (Child Custody Hearing)
I am translating an Austrian court ruling on a custody dispute.

Parenthetical reference notes, of which the above is a generic example, come up again and again.

I suspect that the "Z" in "ZV" has something to do with "Zeugen" as the persons mentioned are invariably witnesses. (maybe something synonymous with Zeugenaussage, but peculiar to Austrian German?)

I cannot guess, and have not been able to discover what legal term or phrase the abbreviation "ZV" stands for.
Proposed translations (English)

Correction: Aktseite 300!
mary austria May 19, 2009:
AS 300 means "Aktseite 200."
John Fenz (asker) May 17, 2009:
Treffer! This certainly fits. Why not post your answer for points?

Of course, should anyone know this to be definitely incorrect, please do let me know.
John Fenz (asker) May 17, 2009:
To avoid unintended misdirection ;-) The first "V" in "Beilage./V" is not related to the V in "ZV". There are multiple examples of this parenthetical note along the following lines

(Beilage./CC; ZV "Joe Smith", AS 206) or
(Beilage./BB bis EE; ZV "Jane Smith", AS 22)
