Since "breiig" is pasty or semifluid, I'd suggest to use "thin semifluid", as the feces of cattle are not very firm to begin with.

Loose manure
In people with diarrhea this is called "loose stools" which is a not as watery as "thin watery stools". I can't help you for animals. but this may be a starting point for your own research.

Thieme gives mushy, pulpy and pasty for breiig and here is a reference too
