Ideally one would end up with a diagonal matrix and the factors would be orthogonal. In practice that won't happen so loadings will be on several factor - a main one that carries most of the loading and auxiliary one that carry the rest. What I'm not sure of is whether or not "auxiliary" here includes factors that haven't been added to the model.
Dabei kann man die Faktorladungen interpretieren als Korrelationen der

diese Faktorladungen einem möglichst eindeutigen Muster folgen, nämlich der sog. „Einfachstruktur“, die fordert, dass jede Ausgangsvariable nur auf einen Faktor hoch und auf die übrigen niedrig „lädt“. Im Beispiel ist dieses Kriterium nur recht unzureichend erfüllt: Die meisten Variablen weisen auch nach der Rotation noch recht hohe „Nebenladungen“ auf dem jeweils anderen Faktor auf.

other items in that factor. A “crossloading” item is an item that loads at 0.32 or higher on two or more factors. If there are several crossloaders, the items may be poorly written or the a priori factor structure could be flawed (Costello and Osborne 2005). While other researchers (Comery and Lee 1992; Laura J.
