Does anyone know what this may stand for?
Context:
Bezüglich der hochgradigen A. subclavia Stenose links wäre eine DAS in PTA-Bereitschaft zu erwägen.

If you enter "DSA" in Word and you did not remove the innumerable automatisms of Word, then you will get a "DAS" (similarly: instead of DNA you get DANN).

it's the D that I'm not sure about - AS is often arterielle Stenose, but distale is not common in German.
