Hello, I am having some trouble with "der jeweils anderen Partei". How to translate this in an elegant manner? Thanks for suggestions in advance! (BTW: this are General Terms and Conditions of an enterprise).

: I don't think "respectively" is necessary at all in English. There are two parties.

I think you have to keep the phrase "other party" and switch the prepositions according to the context. So here, first, "become known to the other party...", and then further on, "without the consent of the other party".
"become known to the other party..." 493,000 hits on Google
"without the consent of the other party..." 44,400,000 hits on Google
(admit I have not checked many of them!)
