"Der Feuerwerks Ratz im Prater"

I'm forwarding this from a friend. It doesn't make much sense to me. Any ideas?
"I have this old print which looks to be 1850's to me and I am trying to see if a more exact translation of the title will help me to pin down the date more precisely as I cannot get the print out of its frame to REALLY inspect the paper and the printing method of the print.
The title is in both German and French --
"Der Feuerwerks Ratz im Prater"
"La Race du feu d'Artifice au Prater"
which I am translating as "The Fireworks Race in Prater"
I know that the Prater is a park in Vienna, but I am not certain I should be translating "ratz" and "race" as race. The print does not seem to be depicting a race (only a few people promenading and riding with and without carriages in a Park -- no fireworks or even an indication it is nighttime in the print either).

is what it used to be called. Today it's "Venediger Au".

So that would be \'Place du feu d\'Artifice\' in French. Probably the old lettering caused this confusion. If you really want to translate it, maybe \'Firework Square\' would do it, but I\'d leave it in German (and possibly explain)
