German to English Social Sciences Psychology Myers-Briggs personality types

This is from a list of traits that "SF-type" (see Myers-Briggs) managers tend to exhibit. The document lists five business categories and how the typical personality traits express themselves in each of these categories: general, personnel management/leadership, conflict behavior, personnel development, time management. The above falls under "general" and is followed by the explanatory "(nimmt Kritik oft persönlich)"

Does anyone have any idea what little red and blue men have to do with taking criticism personally, or with anything relating to psychology in general or Myers-Briggs personalities in particular? I'd be most grateful for any clues. The only little red and blue men I'm aware of come from a joke involving variously colored homosexual aliens and a police officer, and I don't see how that could relate.
