I know gesetzes, but am not clear on 'melde' and it appears twice in this form I am translating for the battered woman. She is requesting an auskunftssperer or, I assume, blockage or non-release of information in her file (blackout perhaps would work in English) and says that it is based on Section 33 des Meldegesetzes, and that the blackout will be in the Melderegister.
Any assistance will be much appreciated.
