Work Placement Assessment Component
The Work Placement Assessment component is an assessment the student’s performance on the placement. This component is assessed by the Work Placement Co-ordinator, the student’s Work Placement Monitor who has had weekly contact with the student and one other Work Placement Monitor. The weekly logs prepared by the student while on placement (and authenticated by the Industrial Supervisor) and the assessment report prepared by the Industrial Supervisor are used in the assessment of this component.
The Work Placement Assessment component is assessed as a Pass or Fail.
