LionBridge/Geoworx's "TWS" (Translation Workspace XLIFF Editor) can't convert DOCX to XLIFF, so I opened a MemSource MXLIFF file in it just to show what it looks like. TWS is meant to work with XLIFF files that were created by your agency using LB/GW's tools. I'm not suggesting that TWS can edit MXLIFF files or any other XLIFF -- it can view it, but it's not actually meant to edit it. You can see in the screenshot below how TWS can't interpret the MXLIFF file's tags correctly, but... I realised, that bold text wasn't displayed as bold text, because of the display font I had set (Arial Unicode). I've changed the display font to CafeTran's default font Verdana and now bold text is being displayed correctly: | | |

Lokalize, bilingual view The edit box always uses icon'ed tags. If you want, you can use icon'ed tags everywhere. If there are translation memory matches, they are displayed directly below the target field (above the machine translations). If a project has multiple target languages, there is also a view that will display all target languages (even the ones you're not translating), which is above-and-below (not side-by-side), but I was unable to get that working in the demo version.
