There are several results for "viralise" in uk sites, so, I would write it with "s" for UK English, but I´m not the best qualified person to decide. Why don´t you ask other natives?

agree R. Alex Jenkins : I AGREE. Viral marketing is very common terminology. (Anyway, I thought it might be a typo for viTalize, but I'm not so sure now :) )
