coffee-machine bench
this is a bench (usually of stainless steel) on which the ‘expresso’ machine stands. It has a bin with a small door on a hinge, the edge of which is usually covered in rubber. The waiter empties the used coffee grounds into this by banging the filter assembly onto it. It has shelves for housing milk and other supplies.

: Personally, I wouldn't be inspired to realise just how many functions this “utility” can actually have, based on it being referred to as a “bench”. I would expect a counter-top or something similar, with no further functionality...

: I am also inclined to think that 'bench' implies nothing more than a single, basic piece of furniture, especially if you agree it has various shelves or compartment. Benches generally don´t have 'doors' or 'bins'./ Do you work in a bar then???
