This is how I would say it, instead of "indications." It sounds more smooth and is more common to my ear as well as seeming to fit better in context. Google confirms this by returning almost 2x the number of hits for "thereapeutic indicators" rather than "therapeutic indications (3,760,000 vs. 1,950,000). In any case, good luck :-)

treatment indications

Interestingly, there are 125,000 hits both for 'treatment indications' AND for 'therapeutic indications'. To me, 'treatment indications' is more intuitive. It goes straight to the point and you don't have to stop and "parse" the meaning of 'therapeutic'. It's certainly more common in the US.
