Es handelt sich um eine Fehlerart in der Hybridtechnik:
"Der Leiterschluss steht für eine leitende Verbindung zwischen aktiven Leitern, wenn im Fehlerstromkreis ein Nutzwiderstand liegt. Die Überstromschutzeinrichtung löst nicht aus, es kommt jedoch zu einer Fehlfunktion durch den dauernden Betrieb des Nutzwiderstandes".

secondo me in italiano con cortociruito lo rendi in modo corretto.
Idealmente il corto circuito è un collegamento a resistenza nulla e quindi corrente infinta, ma nella realtà non esistono resistenze elettriche nulle e tantomento correnti infinite, solo molto basse e molto alte.
Per cui a mio parere questo tipo di errore in italiano può essere reso bene con cortocircuito del conduttore.
