Was thinking of fatty substances but not sure that really suits a medical leaflet, pls see below thanks
No obstante, los riesgos de inflamación más importantes en presencia de oxígeno se asocian a las materias combustibles, especialmente las de naturaleza grasa (aceites, lubricantes) y a las materias orgánicas (tejidos, madera, papel, materiales plásticos...) que pueden inflamarse al entrar en contacto con el oxígeno, ya sea de forma espontánea o bajo el efecto de una chispa, una llama o un punto de ignición, o bajo Ios efectos de la compresión adiabática.
No obstante, los riesgos de inflamación más importantes en presencia de oxígeno se asocian a las materias combustibles, especialmente las de naturaleza grasa (aceites, lubricantes) y a las materias orgánicas (tejidos, madera, papel, materiales plásticos...) que pueden inflamarse al entrar en contacto con el oxígeno, ya sea de forma espontánea o bajo el efecto de una chispa, una llama o un punto de ignición, o bajo Ios efectos de la compresión adiabática.

: It's difficult to know the best suggestion but with 'aceites, lubricantes' after the term, then I think your suggestion fits best...it covers both those terms without generalising too much
