I'm translating a contract between an Employer and a Supplier. In the "Definitions" section, one of the terms is: "Employer's Relationship Contact", and its description is:
"that person appointed to by the Supplier to act as the Client Relationship Manager to serve as point of contact for all client related activities".

Any suggestions?
