Thanks. That reinforces my suggestion of "specific interest" - a particular point of law that requires consideration by the court.
Richard Vranch (asker) Mar 7, 2013:

just satisfaction Hi Billh, the document I'm translating is a just satisfaction claim to be sent to the ECHR.
Billh Mar 4, 2013:
Richard: Out of interest... where do you get the term 'just satisfaction' claim from?? It came up here recently but as far as I am aware it is a term more or less confined to the ECHR and humand rights cases generally.
Billh Mar 4, 2013:
Agree with Phil. Without more context you won't get a reliable answer to this question.
philgoddard Mar 4, 2013:
We still don't really have enough context, and I'm not clear what you mean by "a civil procedure of owner proceedings". Could we have some more of the surrounding text, please?
It looks to me from the context that it means "of specific interest/relevance", since it refers to "mas limitada y precisa".
Richard Vranch (asker) Mar 4, 2013:
Real Estate Law The context is a Claim for Just Satisfaction; this part of the claim explains a Civil procedure of owner proceedings the claimant challenges.
Karen Vincent-Jones (X) Mar 4, 2013:
What kind of legal case is this? The type of case is relevant here, as for example, matrimonial law and planning law have different concepts of 'interest'.

a private claim

Given your context, I think this is the meaning, i.e. filed by an individual.
Note from asker:
Thanks, I checked with the writer of the claim and he meant "reclamacion privada". Many thanks, Richard.
