This is actually for a text about the restoration of a fresco. Is it simply "by weight"

Mass percentage
Multiplying mass fraction by 100 gives the mass percentage. It is sometimes called weight percent (wt%) or weight-weight percentage. However, since mass and weight are different quantities, this is incorrect (see mass versus weight for details).

According to the references I have provided, neither 'porcentaje en peso' or 'weight percent' is correct!
In Spanish it should be 'porcentaje en masa' and in English, 'mass percentage'.
