Marketing

Selected
streaked through
as an alternative, effectively a synonym for "marbled" which comes later in the sentence

: Not (evenly) distributed but streaked through/marbled. That's it, at least in my opinion.

: I think "streaked" is great but perhaps even better without "through"?//You're quite right. Forgot to mention that my solution actually was "generously streaked with" to make up for the loss of "through"..

Yes, that would work well too - implies (to me) there's not quite as much chocolate/caramel/whatever sauce

: From your link and from Kubo E's comment, I think rippled or marbled works well.

distributed throughout
One option is to change the subject of the sentence and use "distributed throughout".
E.g. "Das gesamte Eis ist durchzogen damit" becomes "It is distributed throughout the entire ice cream" ... "the caramel sauce is beautifully/nicely distributed throughout the ice cream" ... and so on.

I also like suew's idea about 'streaked' but without the "through' bit.
Die Eiscreme war richtig schön gleichmässig durchzogen mit Schokosauce = The ice cream was generously streaked with chocolate sauce.
