This is from a screenplay by an Argentine filmmaker:
(the context is a couple at an awards ceremony)
Tienen bastante gente alrededor, ellos en el centro de atención. Todos están serios escuchando, salvo Clara que tiene como una mezcla de sonrisa y emoción dibujada.
Thanks

evident excitement
I think that's what this means here: the character is smiling and her excitement is plain to see.
I think I would word it differently though, perhaps:
...apart from Clara, who is both smiling and evidently excited.

half a smile, half a thrill on her face
The image I have seen when I've read the scene:
"except Clara, who has half a smile, half a thrill on her face."
Hope it helps. Good luck!

: sorry, but "half a thrill on her face" simply doesn't work in English - it isn't idiomatic

Spanish term (edited):
tiene como una mezcla de sonrisa y emoción dibujada
her face portraying a look/an expression of happiness and excitement
I think "emoción dibujada" does not really stand as a term on its own…
But "portraying" or "portrayed" is pretty close to the meaning in the source text, without being over-literal (if such a thing is possible!)
You could also use something like "her expression betraying a look of …", especially if it's possible that Clara might not at this point want to reveal her pleasure and excitement
