This is from a Legal Notice on the website on a law firm operating in Spain. It seems to be a standard legal notice used by many sites, and I've found some pretty dire translations on quite a few of them, but I'm not happy with anything I've found, so thought I'd put it on here to see if anyone could help.
Here's it is in context:
"2. Objeto
El presente Aviso Legal recoge las condiciones que regulan el acceso, navegación, uso del Portal y eventual inscripción en el área privada del mismo.
El mero acceso, así como la formulación de consultas, quejas, y, en general, cualquier acto de naturaleza similar a los anteriores realizados a través de los formularios y/o buzones electrónicos existentes en el Portal, implicará, por parte del Usuario, la aceptación sin reservas de todas y cada una de las normas integrantes del presente Aviso Legal y la adquisición de la consideración de Usuario del Portal. : acquiring the *deemed* status of ... on the strength of a 'deeming' clause as in UK revenue law - an unpopular subject with law students, but one you might usefully opt for prospectively on your law finals.
