agree Noelle Crist-See : I keep reading Aufsichtsstart. That would be the start of supervision. That would be seen on a form. But without a full sentence, the whole thing is ambiguous. Stephan is correct if it's Aufsichtsrat, and Michael if it's Aufsichtsart.
