Spanish term
en cuantías exceptuadas de gravamen del IRPF
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Law: Taxation & Customs
Tax Return - Spain
From a Spanish "Certificado de retenciones e ingresos a cuenta del Impuesto sobre la Renta de las Personas Fisicas"
The last section of the certificate is headed
- "Dietas exceptuadas de gravamen y rentas exentas del Impuesto" which I have translated "Non-taxable allowances and tax exempt income"
Then there are two amounts shown
- **Dietas y asignaciones para gastos de viaje, en las cuantías exceptuadas de gravamen del IRPF**
- Rentas exentas del IRPF
I,m floundering!! ** Allowances and travel expenses, in non-taxable amounts...**?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Yes, Lucy. Impuesto and gravamen are synonyms.

Note from asker:
Thank you Maria. Does "gravamen" translate as Personal Income Tax? My doubt here is the difference between "exento del Impuesto" y "exceptuado de gravamen" |

Dietas would be "per diems", and are subject to the same system: http://www.edenred.es/blog/gestion-gastos-kilometraje-dietas...
